Box Score
RADNOR, Pa.- The Mighty Mac men's basketball team (7-10, 2-3) hoped to get back on track on Wednesday night at Cabrini (4-13, 2-3), but the Cavaliers started the game on fire, racing out to a 52-22 halftime lead, and despite 61 second half points by the Mighty Macs, it was not enough in a 97-83 defeat on the road.

Senior Mike Piekarski (St Elizabeths) led the way with 20 points and five blocks, while sophomore Brandon McCullough had 19 and sophomore Asa Kitchen had 12.

HOW IT HAPPENED

-Junior Jordan Ambrose hit a jumper to slow the run, but by the 9:37 mark, Cabrini had opened up a 22-point lead at 32-10
-The Mighty Macs punched back with seven straight points to cut the deficit to 15 at 32-17, but Cabrini closed the half on a 20-5 run to take their 52-22 lead to the break
-Despite the tough first half, the Mighty Macs came out strong in the second half and outscored Cabrini, 61-45 after halftime
-They forced 12 turnovers and scored 18 points off those giveaways, and shot over 50% from the field
-Cabrini hit five of their 12 three point attempts after halftime to prevent the Macs from getting too close
