WEST CHESTER, Pa.-The West Chester University women's rugby team (6-4) welcomed the Whitehorse women's rugby club to the south campus rugby pitch for a senior day showdown on Sunday afternoon. Hallahan), Aalea Ray (Landisville, Pa./Hempfield). West Chester went on to win by a score of 36-10.

  • Riley scored again in the 63rd minute  on a 90 meter run following a heads up play at the other end of the field and following a successful conversion WCU was out in front 31-5.
  • In the 70th minute Evans registered a try of her own to make the score 36-5.  Whitehorse scored one more time in the 78th minute to bring the score to 36-10 but it would not be enough to defeat West Chester on Sunday afternoon.
